Cloud Optimization Data Analyst Jobs

Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or project management.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.

Prepare inventory lists for evaluation and optimization using SAP.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, planning and organizational/time management skills

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Utilize documentation and troubleshooting skills to provide end user-support for SAP and Success Factors

Work with stakeholders to create programs to support employee engagement, training, learning, and education in HR programs

Document HR business requirements for any system changes or enhancements that result from process improvement efforts or new initiatives

Post-secondary education with a concentration in business administration (ideally Human Resources) is preferred

What You Need To Know

Experience working with product management and user-experience an asset

Guest Support business knowledge; 1+ years’ experience in an operational role in Guest Support

Understanding of project management methodologies

Provides subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge on processes, systems, and how work flows across the Guest Support organization.

Champion projects from an Educator and guest experience perspective, ensuring all aspects of the initiative support Guest Support employees.

Post-secondary education is an asset.

Experience with public cloud cost management mechanics and tools (native / 3rd party)

You have experience in effective IT cost management strategies and understanding of cloud billing processes and procedures

Act as a bridge between finance and engineering to surface underused resources, track commitments, and generally manage our cloud provider costs

You’re passionate about driving a culture proactive cost management, transparency and optimization across public cloud spend

You are an experienced analytics professional
