2+ years of commercial experience related to products and technologies utilized in the cardiovascular space required

Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings

Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry required

Collect clinically relevant data, complete outcome reviews with customers and communicate activities with other team members and sales counterparts.

Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Experience providing clinical leadership, guidance, support, and development to team members is an asset.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and support others.

Strong assessment, counselling, and service (CARE) planning skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships and professional working alliances.

Knowledge of person-centred thinking and gentle teaching.

Minimum 5 years’ practice experience in your area of expertise

Active practice knowledge in your specialty

Work with our in-house content authors from the Clinical Research and Development team that develop and update clinical tools

Review the practicality of draft clinical tools & provide feedback

Work with flexible hours & provide feedback within a time frame that works for you and the team

A passion for advancing healthcare through technology

Systematic thinker with strong project management and organizational skills

Experience with modifying, implementing, validating, and maintaining a web-based Clinical Trials Management System, including trouble shooting operational problems

Experience with, or certification in Lean or Six Sigma considered an asset

Recognized certification in clinical research (ACRP or SOCRA) preferred

Minimum five (5) years clinical research experience in a health care setting

Minimum three (3) years cancer related experience

Experience with GxP investigations, risk assessments and CAPA management

Manages, mentors, and directs people (as applicable) and may be accountable for above areas as deemed necessary by Supervision.

Knowledge of GxP systems (including systems validation), government regulations and guidelines (EMA, FDA, PMDA) for GxP and GCP

Experience participating in regulatory inspections

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Knowledge of IT structure and Information Database Systems (such as Oracle, Argus, Trackwise)
