Overview Clinical Nurse is a professional who provides direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. Clinical Nurses are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, documenting patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Detailed Job Description Clinical Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. Clinical Nurses must also monitor patient progress, document patient care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
