Overview Clinic Assistants provide administrative and clinical support to medical staff in a variety of healthcare settings. They are responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing general assistance to medical staff. Detailed Job Description Clinic Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to medical staff in a variety of healthcare settings. They greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and provide general assistance to medical staff. They may also be responsible for answering phones, filing paperwork, and ordering supplies. Clinic Assistants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Job Knowledge
Clinic Assistants must have a thorough knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures, and patient confidentiality laws. They must also be familiar with computer applications and be able to multitask.
Job Experience
Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
