Travel requirements will be 80% travel locally (daily travel within local city/area) and up to 20% travel within larger region.

Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry

3-5 years previous Supervisory experience

Notifies site security and Site Manager of any vandalism, maintenance issues, potential safety hazards or security issues.

Performs additional cleaning or similar tasks as required by Site Manager

Ensures a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the designated area of responsibility.

Patrols assigned area for spills, debris and anything that renders the area or furnishings unsightly or unsafe and rectifies issues immediately.

Provides ongoing sanitizing of high traffic fixtures in assigned area such as food court chairs and tables, escalator railings, etc.

Capable of lifting 25 pounds throughout the day

Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning required, including supervisory experience.

Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

A team player with an attention for detail
