10 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor

A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience

Senior Project Manager – Civil

Responsible for Water, Waste Water projects typically in the value of $100M.

Responsible for the success of the project supported by your strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees.

Strong business sense - entrepreneurship.

Minimum of Three (3) years of related project or contract management experience in heavy construction or railroad environment;

Demonstrated project management experience in project accounting, project controls (cost, schedule, change management, etc.), procurement, contract administration, safety, and quality control.

Manages project activities based on the budgetary and contract requirements;

Prepares and submits supporting reports and documents as per the project requirements responsibilities;

Prepares and submits RFIs, change order requests and other respective documentation related to the contract change management;

Prepares and analyses cost, budget, production and other reports as requested by the management team;
