Change Management Program Specialist Jobs in Quebec

Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization.

Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of change management activities

Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Experience in planning and executing change management activities for large-scale projects or organizational transformations

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects.

Create and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Have a solid experience with structured methodologies in change management (ex.: ADKAR) (certification an asset)

10 years of experience in change management

Have a solid experience in developing change management, training and communication strategies and plans

Soft Skills: a person who shows great empathy and who likes to share his experience with other team members (Training, coach)

Contribute to the adoption of change management practices and supervise resources so that they can fully contribute to effective change management;

Have demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops

Minimum 10-15 years of Change Management experience

Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards

Relevant Change Management certifications would be considered a strong asset

Experience leading Change with Digital programs (ERP, CRM implementations)

Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviours
