Previous experience using P2P platforms, e-sourcing, and/or contract lifecycle management systems.

Relevant expertise in industry areas such as Benefits, Recruiting, Accounting/Finance, or Tech (preferred).

Leading and managing end-to-end procurement projects (e.g., RFx’s, renewals) to ensure optimal cost while meeting business requirements.

Experience with public companies or working in an international scale (preferred).

Manage data analysis of product cost and margin, including data updates in costing systems where applicable

You have 3-5 years’ experience working closely & building relationships with off-shore manufacturers

You are an expert in Excel and you have knowledge of Power BI and Smartsheet

Deliver Category level sourcing strategy based on long range plans.

Translate long range strategies to drive seasonal costing and allocation priorities.

Applying expert skills in data analytics, market research, sourcing, relationship and software/ SaaS contract management for mission critical services

Conducting major contract negotiations, strategic sourcing activities, cross functional projects, risk and relationship management, and savings initiatives

Driving best in class strategic sourcing that supports profitable growth, reliability and an unsurpassed client experience

Experience using Procurement technology and SAP at an advanced level

MBA or a professional certification(s) from SCMA or CIPS or ISM

Developing and leading the execution of network technology procurement strategies

Knowledge of project ethics and evaluation.

Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for leadership review and consideration.

Ability to coordinate and evaluate processes and procedures.

Ability to plan, organize, problem solve, analyze and prioritize work.

Ability to learn software database applications.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
