Casual Testing Clinic Receptionist Jobs in Ontario

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation

Greeting visitors, determine purpose of visit and direct visitors to proper location as appropriate.

Answer telephone and place outgoing calls as requested

Maintain records as required and perform clerical work as assigned

Monitor front door for wandering residents

Adhere to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire safety, environment and infection control

Strong organizational skills; multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Greet clients and visitors in a polished, professional and courteous manner.

Register clients and assist those who require it with the interpretation of various forms in the waiting room.

Triage multiple files and prioritize daily tasks.

Effective time management skills; ability to organize work and set priorities

Ability to maintain continuing education program as established by the Certification Board of the CSOT

You are a team player with excellent communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills

A minimum of 3 years of recent Orthopaedic Technologist experience preferred

Experience with dressing applications is an asset

Experience working in plastics, fracture, and emergency preferred
