Completing required mandatory training and education.

Administering medication and performing treatments for residents.

Assessing residents' condition and updating their care plans accordingly.

Charting medication, treatment, and incident reports.

Facilitating communication with other nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure quality care and services are provided.

Assisting in the management of the work of other nursing and personal care staff.

May provide safety and health education to residents’ families and other caregivers

At least 2 years of work experience as an RPN is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.

Good English language skills (written and verbal).

Developed creative problem-solving skills to look at the “big picture”.
