Overview A Case Aide is a professional who provides support services to clients in a variety of settings, including social service agencies, mental health facilities, and other organizations. The Case Aide is responsible for providing assistance to clients in need, such as helping them access resources, providing emotional support, and helping them navigate the social service system. Detailed Job Description The Case Aide is responsible for providing support services to clients in need. This includes helping them access resources, providing emotional support, and helping them navigate the social service system. The Case Aide will also be responsible for providing information and referrals to clients, as well as providing case management services. The Case Aide will also be responsible for maintaining client records and providing reports to the appropriate agencies. Job Skills Required• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Knowledge of social service systems and resources
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience working with clients in a social service setting
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check
