• Manage high priority escalations as appropriate and ensure redirection to CritSit in SE&S where necessary

Strong planning skills – schedules, resource allocation, issue management, tracking, etc.

Regularly reports overall project status to management and key stakeholders, escalating major issues as necessary.

Suggests and implements improvements to project management, software development and other organizational processes.

Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training.

Owns the short-term roadmap by transforming high-level visions into detailed requirements.

Administers and manages business relationships with the project’s external consultants and third parties ensuring they meet their project obligations.

5+ years automotive related project or program management experience.

Lead timing reviews meetings (including resources and timing plan to support customer requirements).

Undergraduate degree as a minimum or equivalent experience.

Support customer relationship matrix execution

Prepare customer statement of Work/Quote terms.

Respond to open issues, quote exceptions, etc.

·Responsible for the supervision and management of the data base CRMS in regards to life skills operations

University degree in social services or health promotion or a combination of relevant education and experience.

Proven supervisory experience in a mental health clinical setting

Excellent oral and written communication skills

·Organize and attend weekly meetings to maintain effective communication internally and externally related to service delivery.

·Ensure adequate and qualified staff to carry out program activities
