Janitorial experience or experience in cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities/buildings in a manner that meets job expectations

Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to persuade and motivate other and invoke a positive work atmosphere

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums hallways, stairs, office space, etc.

Follow scheduled maintenance on carpets to keep them up to standard

Notifies crew leader/supervisor of supplies and equipment that are needed

Clean carpets using truck mounted or portable extractors

1 year of experience/knowledge of carpet cleaning (custodial experience beneficial)

Clean carpet/furniture with green solutions on customers premises, using hand brushes, determining washing method according to condition of carpet/furniture

Vacuum carpets/furniture to remove loose dirt

Spray carpet/furniture with cleaning solution
