Benefits And Pay Range

• $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Follow scheduled maintenance on carpets to keep them up to standard
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums hallways, stairs, office space, etc.
• May perform other duties as needed
• Spot cleaning stains
• Clean carpets using truck mounted or portable extractors
• Notifies crew leader/supervisor of supplies and equipment that are needed

Requirements And Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to persuade and motivate other and invoke a positive work atmosphere
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work from a 6-foot ladder
• Janitorial experience or experience in cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities/buildings in a manner that meets job expectations
• Repetitious bending at the waist and kneeling
• Valid driver's license
