Job Description of Car Washer A Car Washer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, both inside and out. This includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Car Washers may also be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing oil and checking tire pressure. Skills Required
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques
• Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and tools
• Attention to detail
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good customer service skills
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of safety procedures
Experience
• Previous experience in a car wash or detailing shop is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
