Car Sales Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Car Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Car Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, promoting our products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits

Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating with customers and closing sales

Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and market trends

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities

Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Participate in sales training programs and stay informed about new sales techniques and best practices

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience in automotive sales or related field is preferred

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $72,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• AMVIC (preferred)
