Knowledge of the Capital Budget and Development Charge process

Strong financial acumen with experience controlling budgets, preparing cost estimates and expenditures for capital works projects

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar management role.

Leading newsletters, communication, culture committee planning and execution of engagement activities including Budget and Cost management.

Communicate strategic goals and progress to senior management.

Managerial skills are a must - the candidate shall be cooperative and supportive by nature to work with multiple stakeholders.

Must have good organizational skills, which are essential for managing the administrative job responsibilities.
