Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees which may include Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).

Responsible for tendering, analysis, negotiation, scope definition and contract design for project procurement

Extensive experience in Maritime industry and customer service would be advantageous.
