Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

Experience with Project Management (Shotgrid, Jira, Confluence, Miro) tools.

Mentor and guide less experienced team members to help elevate the teams’ expertise.

Typically 2 to 4+ years of industry experience and proven game development experience as a camera artist (or similar position).

Proven experience working with Maya and Unity.

Knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Javascript).

Maya scripting experience in Python and MEL.

Support and advance our Product Development and Project Management processes.

Strong working knowledge and experience with optics and digital imaging products

PMP designation and/or proven knowledge of project planning and execution

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience from related industry

Experience with multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams

Negotiate scope and commitment of resources with several functional groups.

Experience with conflict management and dealing with emotionally charged individuals or groups.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work experience in the areas of program administration, public safety, or security.

Experience using databases to enter, update, search, retrieve, or extract information ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Experience working in regulatory compliance or quasi-judicial environment

Experience in the interpretation and application of legislation, regulations and policy

Technical skills to perform assigned tasks;

Technical certification/diploma (NASSCO) an asset;

Utility locating experience an asset.
