Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Secondary education considered an asset

Arrange client meetings including preparing materials and scheduling

Respond to client inquiries & requests

Maintain client files and assist in writing letters and proposals

Experience with adult supervision and classroom management is an asset

Assists instructors with delivery of online course content using University's learning management system (eClass powered by moodle)

The ideal candidate will preferably have a Therapist Assistant diploma; equivalent c ombination of education and experience will be considered.

Assists instructors with distributed education technology

Organizes and leads supplementary learning activities for MScPT and MScOT students focused on technical skills needed for clinical practice

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
