Provides overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise

Analyze progress, schedule trends, and develop forecasts to support management decision making

Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management

Ensure that contractor schedule reflects / align with external schedule requirements and interfaces such as permitting and regulatory

Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred

Experience in Project Controls, Project Services and/or Planning/Scheduling

3-5 years of consulting, corporate strategy and/or project management experience.

Support communications and change management initiatives, including developing materials and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated ability to present complex issues in a simple, logical, and succinct manner for senior management and Board level review.

Experience in the electricity or water sector, or other capital-intensive industry, preferred but not required.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including advanced communications skills both verbal and written.

Extract key insights and clearly communicate findings from research and analysis, tailoring messaging to intended audience and levels.

3 – 5 years of business analysis and financial experience, preferably if relevant to the post- secondary environment.

Provide analytic support to academic leadership as required to evaluate programming effectiveness and efficiency.

Monitor and interpret external post-secondary, market and economic performance indicators for academic leadership decision making.

Provide support as required to ensure policy compliance and Post-secondary accountability.

Provide direct input to the development of reports and documents such as government templates, program proposals, business cases and survey results.

Understand and comply with college-wide policies.

·Must have excellent skills in: communication, organization and project management.

·Provide strong day-to-day operational management of planning models to support the Retrieval Ops organization.

·Prepare management reports and present findings and recommendations.

Demonstrated experience/skills in Excel, Power BI, or other database tools.

2+ years of experience in energy/energy conservation and the policy and legislative
