Proven experience in running businesses, setting up and customizing software, or legal industry experience.

Systems administrator experience in a cloud-based HR Information System (HRIS). Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) (other solutions will be considered)

Knowledge of change management principles and methodology

Support HR technology-related communication and change management efforts

Understanding of Project Management methodology

Manage day-to-day HR IT system operations and provide ongoing support in partnership with Workday

Manage complex system configuration and user access permission administration

Supports operational activities for the channel, including project coordination, compliance reporting, vendor management, and compiling executive presentation materials

Work with key partners and cross-business stakeholder to manage planning, change management and project execution for key Advisory Network initiatives

2-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry or business operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Coordinates various projects and programs in service of the the office of EVP, EVP, and Advisory Network Executive Team

Leadership of Advisory Network-initiated strategic priorities, projects, and commitments such as town halls, people leader forums, and employee engagement activities

Demonstrated skills and extensive knowledge of database design and development including analyzing management information reports.

Advanced knowledge of corporate financial and maintenance management systems.

Administers various management information systems.

Ability to use project management techniques, practices and software.

Assists in the definition of requirements for systems and interfaces, including development and implementation of PC based applications as required.

Knowledge of systems analysis, design and development techniques, methodologies and processes. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, especially related to cost accounting.

Interface and provide recommendations to network engineering and management staff on implementation, maintenance and optimization issues

Advanced level of technical and analytical knowledge regarding Collateral, Banking and Clearing/Settlements processes, systems and capabilities

Maintain Collateral Requirements, collecting Collateral to satisfy the margin calls via securities pledge or cash, leading customers’ return of excess funds;

Adhere rigorously to internal procedures, rules, audit requirements and internal controls verification processes;

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Securities Financial Industry;

Aviation industry experience including crew management/rostering, airline scheduling systems is desirable although comprehensive training will be provided

Provide feedback to Production Teams and Product Management on support trends, issues and any item impacting customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a customer service role.
