Business Analytics Specialist Jobs

Experience interacting with upper management to identify and communicate analytics opportunities and serve as a thought leader for analytics

Experience working cross-functionally in a large manufacturing organization

Develops effective tools and data for key business decision-making

Cooperates with commercial/marketing organization on gathering relevant market data to provide insights for pricing decisions

Evaluates data set with key market leading indicators

Analyzes operational alternatives to maximize margin generation from Company’s production assets

At least 2 years of leadership experience (direct or indirect people / team leadership)

A bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field

At least 2 years of direct people leadership experience

4+ years of experience in a related field such as consulting or financial services

4+ years of experience in data and/or quantitative analysis

Role: Manager, Business Consulting Analytics

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

Excellent project management skills and adept at multi-tasking and prioritization

Responsible for all local sales data management and data hygiene.

Management of Sales Execution Plan (SEP) reporting.

Sound knowledge and cross-functional experience in data modeling and architecture, and associated KPIs and dashboards.
