Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and e-commerce platforms are a plus.

Proven experience (2+ years) in designing and delivering B2B training programs, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of the HVAC or Construction industries is an asset

Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms, online transaction processes, and customer engagement strategies.

• Methodical and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure within the financial industry

• Direct experience of managing stakeholders across multiple workstreams / groups and disciplines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience owning and delivering multiple complex business process optimization projects.
