Experience working in an environment of records management, records filing and retrieval.
Knowledge of database management and record keeping in order to quickly and accurately record and retrieve information.
Records management training utilizing electronic records management application software.
Work with the internal teams (Trades and PMO) to ensure continuity of new projects with compliance to code requirements;
Examine incoming documentation for compliance with the QMP. Identify all non-compliant requirements which must be tracked for compliance resolution.
Working knowledge of Office applications (Microsoft and/or Google).

Must have over three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in building construction or building maintenance.

Work related experience, preferably in Municipal Law Enforcement will be considered an asset.
Membership and Certification with the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers, or working towards certification will be considered an asset.
