Overview Branch Manager Trainee is a position in which an individual is trained to become a branch manager. The trainee will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a branch of a financial institution. The trainee will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and financial management.
