1-3 years of experience in Human Resources within a warehouse or manufacturing environment

1 Year experience in project management

Efficient time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Work experience in video/media environment is an asset

Some video production experience is an asset

Influence Site management to enhance leadership skills.

Requires a Bachelors degree or an equivalent in Human Resources, Business Management or Industrial Engineering

Experience with hourly workforce in a distribution, manufacturing or services environment is must.

Functional knowledge of employment standards is required.

Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience working in a complex, evolving and fast paced environments.
