Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in a maintenance related role

Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment

Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets; used for email, electronic work order applications, timesheets

Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems

Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures and carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile replacement

Conduct consumer samplings, with a focus on brand education and functional benefits versus the competitive set

Control operating and A&P expenses and manage budget and expenses appropriately

Use of CRM to set weekly route plan and manage objectives

Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in total, in sales, preferably in beer/wine/spirits industry or CPG industry

Effective leadership and strategic influencing skills

Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge

Gain valuable experience in collection management and deepen your knowledge of Japanese art.

Knowledge and experience in handling works of art and photographing objects are desirable.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and research skills.

Attention to detail and good computer skills.

Aid in updating information of Japanese objects in the collection database, ensuring data meets the ROM's standards.

Support in conducting research on Japanese prints, paintings, photographs, and other works as directed.
