Bilingual Real Estate Coordinator Milestone Jobs

You have 2+ years of experience in database management, contract management, and finance.

Experience in telecommunication, broadcast engineering or a related field such as real estate or facilities management is an asset.

Other general contract management and administrative duties and projects as assigned.

The education : Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience and training.

You have experience in creating and analyzing data (Excel, Google Sheets and other data analytic tools).

You have advanced Microsoft Word/Google Docs skills.

- strong working knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Applications

- previous supervisory experience preferred

- corporate tax experience an asset

- Create policies and controls to reduce exposure to risk

- Day-to-day accounting for development company

- Review monthly GST returns
