Bilingual Order Processing Specialist Jobs

1-2 years sales order processing/management experience

Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments to manage information and the timely resolution of issues

Customer support experience (internal and external customers)

Hands on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce is a positive

Experience working for a Startup is a positive

Validate opportunity and contract information, flag and resolve any discrepancies

Maintains computer files for ship-to accommodations, terms & conditions, COM/COL approvals and combo yardage requirements.

1 year experience performing detailed administrative duties; previous order entry experience is an asset.

Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (50+ WPM).

Vision: Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view computer screens and documents for accuracy.

This position requires long periods of focused reading and data entry.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL REQUIREMENTS

Ensure order specific requirements are promptly communicated to appropriate departments

Commercial experience working in customer service or similar roles preferred

Experience using an ERP system such as Service Cloud would be an asset

Work with the Customer Service team on specific order support projects

Organizing and dispersing customer inquiries

Prepare and provide documents based on customer requests.

Receive, process and manage customer orders through various channels, such as fax, email, phone, EDI, and web portals

Comprehend client requirements, identify the underlying causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions

Experience in a similar role (placing orders)

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with Excel is required

Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC, and EDI systems is preferred

Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities to effectively identify, analyze, and resolve issues
