Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively with different managers, candidate personalities, etc.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Maintain current knowledge of Pay Equity, human rights and employment standards guidelines and laws.

2 - 5 years of recruitment experience

Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

5+ years of I.T. Recruitment experience

$50 per hour, flexible related to experience

Bilingual with English and French

Self directed, persistent, and HIGHLY motivated

Bilingual I.T. Recruiter - Ottawa, Ontario

Contract opportunity - 12 months to start, high potential to extend

2 years of work experience in a culturally diverse environment and working knowledge of the educational systems in overseas countries

3 years of work experience in an Ontario Community College or Higher Education institution in a high demand client service environment

2 years of experience in international marketing and recruitment in education and in working with educational consultants

Must have working knowledge of overseas educational systems and admissions

Excellent knowledge of college programs and admission requirements

Recommends and implements new advertising campaigns, promotional materials and has a sound knowledge of CRM and online marketing.
