Overview A Banker is a financial professional who works in a bank or other financial institution. They are responsible for providing financial services to customers, such as taking deposits, processing loan applications, and providing advice on investments and other financial matters. Bankers must have a strong understanding of banking regulations and financial products, as well as excellent customer service skills. • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial markets and investments
• Knowledge of banking software and systems

• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Previous experience providing customer service
• Previous experience in sales or marketing
