Contract: Permanent, working 17.5 hours per week / 2.5 days per week

Knowledge of best practices in strategic sales or account management

Assesses export financing, risk management or other needs and matches solutions to these needs.

Plans, manages and structures an effective approach to business development and prospect/client support.

Manages an assigned portfolio of accounts and develops strategies and account plans depending on the geographic area.

Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, commerce or another relevant discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Demonstrated knowledge of the drivers of business cash flow and how to apply basic principles of effective cash flow management.

Post secondary education in business, agriculture or related equivalent experience.

You effectively manage operational, regulatory & credit risk to ensure ATB's risk tolerance is adhered to.

3+ years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending to small and medium sized enterprises.

Demonstrated experience analyzing financial data and structuring credit recommendations.

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.

Bachelor’s Degree, with Masters preferred, with 10 or more years of similar experience

Must have experience with large, complex syndication and club transactions
