2+ years’ related office experience

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Advanced multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet performance and service goals

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong listening skills

Knowledge of services provided by Home and Community Care Support Services

Three or Four Year Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, or12 to 18 months of experience in a relevant role

Main point of contact for initial reception in Academic Advising Services

Schedule individual appointments for central Academic Advisors

Take and compile meeting minutes for AAS and Campus Advising meetings

Provide registration assistance for students who drop into Academic Advising Services outside of when peer registration help is available
