Auxiliary Programs Coordinator Jobs

Proven time management, planning, coordinating and organization skills; proactive in initiating multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

Support the development and presentation of staff and volunteer educational/training content via CNIB Brightspace, virtual, and in-person delivery.

Excellent verbal and written communication and superior interpersonal skills.

Excellent relationship/team builder and networking skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and planning skills to work to concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines.

Education and/or experience in data management, analysis, and visualization is an asset.

Maintain clean and accurate records in Blackbaud Grantmaking (MusiCounts’ grant management system); conduct ongoing data validation, correction and cleanup.

Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Database Management & Reporting (25%)

Postsecondary education (degree, diploma or certificate) in a related field is required.

·Highly organized with strong project management skills

·Develops content for educational resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers

·Excellent team builder, with experience collaborating across internal departments (Communications, Advocacy, Fundraising, etc.)

·Strong computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and databases

·Good knowledge of social media tools and platforms

·Excellent writing skills (articles and reports) and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)

Maintains a portfolio of locum physicians including recruitment, review of physician applications/eligibility, credentialling and contract management.

Preparing presentations, briefing materials, statistical reports and external communications for internal management, the ministry, and other stakeholders.

Maintains locum program IT solutions and databases, records and archiving requirements and data integrity.

Minimum of four to six years of related experience in non-profit sector, healthcare and/or government is preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to maintain stakeholder relations with an emphasis on customer service delivery and consultation

Knowledge of MS Office programs and web applications.

Related education in early childhood education, child development, or social work, or have ECE (Early Childhood Educator) Certification preferable

Minimum 1 year experience working with diverse or vulnerable populations

Understanding and knowledge of the Downtown Eastside & Strathcona communities

Awareness and knowledge of the Family court system, including BC child protection legislation an asset

Experience in program research, development, & evaluation

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ensuring others adhere to established risk management protocols during University events

Facilitating educational workshops and seminars

Screening and making referrals to academic advising and learning skills programs and other resources or services

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum four (4) years experience in programming and student engagement in the residences.

Experience developing and facilitating training and programming, and preparing accompanying resources, for students, student leaders, and/or student-staff
