Minimum 1 year of experience in investment banking and/or consulting

Organized with a high attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities

Conduct financial, market and company diligence on new potential investments

Conduct ad-hoc analysis (e.g., market sizing, analyzing survey data, pricing analysis, web analytics data)

Support research, analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, including coordination of third parties engaged in the due diligence process

Work with our portfolio companies to support them on strategic initiatives

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role

Manage site office schedule requirements to accommodate walk-in traffic, after-hours showing, payments, and other tenant relations issues

Manage all day-to-day administrative functions in the site office and as directed by Area Manager

Be an active participant in meetings and offer recommendations /ideas on operations and processes

Computer literacy, including effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, and e-mail
