5+ years of experience in a leadership role in HRMS delivery management

Technically knowledgeable in various HR platforms, HRMS, HR systems, including integrations into other functions such as Finance, Payroll, etc.

BA/BS in analytical and/or process-focused discipline (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)

Ensures in planning for ongoing adoption of Workday capabilities.

Knowledge of Workday implementation specifically in the area of Recruiting, Talent, Compensation and core HCM

Senior HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Delivery Assurance Manager

Extensive experience applying your knowledge and expertise in a variety of sectors

Building capacity within the member firms through training and knowledge sharing

Ensuring teams are up to date on developments on frameworks and requirements

Communicating effectively with executive partners to engender support and excitement for the benefits of KDN ESG Assurance while addressing potential

Significant experience in sustainability assurance or a related field

Experience of assurance/audit work and the ability to apply this expertise from this perspective

Excellent project management and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements.

Ability to learn and adapt to complex situations regarding the management and analysis of large data sets in different environments.

Using a range of industry standard software to perform custom solutions to client requirements.

Understanding of multiple technologies to dispense your knowledge of leading practices to enhance service delivery.

Desire to develop a team through constant coaching and feedback, knowledge, and opportunities to grow.

Experience in complex investigations, using techniques such as digital forensics, log analysis, eDiscovery, data analysis and timeline creation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Security, Computing, and Information Systems or equivalent experience

Manages the Cyber Controls assessment analysts in their role conducting and tracking detailed assessments for Infrastructure and Application assets.

Relevant certifications required CISA, CISSP, and CRISC

Expert knowledge of ISO 27002, NIST 800 series, COBIT control framework.

Required 3+ years of financial services or comparable multi-industry consulting experience.
