Associate Operations Iii Jobs in Ontario

Creates personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team.

Knowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).

Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.

Strong communication skills both oral and written.

1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalents work experience preferred.

General Warehouse Duties including Load/Unload Trailers

Must be able to work Picking, Receiving and Shipping area as business dictates

Stock replenishing and restocking of inventory / customer product

Maintain order filling performance expectation of the job function while maintaining picking accuracy.

Adhering to all Operations policies and procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day

Contribute to the development/delivery of presentations/ communications to management or broader audiences

Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)

Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team and other teams in the operations function

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery

Support partners with both inbound and outbound requests from various channels, answering questions to perform adjustments within authority levels

Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality

• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Able to work independently/ excellent time management skills

3. Computer Skills - MS Suites Excel: basic understanding
