- Drives business through clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining on-going loyal relationships with customers.
- Consistently and in a timely manner completes all types of operational tasks including maintaining store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman’s standards.
- Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
- Processes shipments as needed.
- Stay current with the market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
- Demonstrate strong communication, adaptability and flexibility to change based on needs of business.
- Creates personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team.
- Strong drive for result, especially in achieving individual sales goals.
- Be brand ambassadors of Stuart Weitzman.
- Replenishes inventory on sales floor as needed.
- Adheres to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention.

- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).
- Ability to meet SW Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace.
- Flexible and solution oriented.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending and kneeling required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
- High school diploma or equivalents work experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
