Conduct training need assessments and collaborate with management to identify skills or knowledge gaps, using the Lytx system.

Ensure defensive driving skills are being utilized.

Ensure 4Refuel’s policies and procedures are adhered to: curriculum training, safe operation, equipment maintenance, industry and legislative safety requirements

Passion/experience in instructing and mentoring others.

Comprehensive knowledge of safe handling characteristics of fuel products.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Canadian Transportation regulations, dangerous goods transportation, electronic logging devices, and hours of service requirements.

Traveling to all Hubs identified by Area Manager as needed.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

The schedule follows normal business hours. Ready to support 24-hour operations.

The position involves daily regional travel between customer sites and Certarus’ regional hubs.

Responsible for training and in-cab practical evaluations/coaching of new and existing employees while driving as regulated by the Department of Transportation.
