Sound knowledge of medical terminology

Post Secondary Education in a Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician program

Previous Personal Support Worker or Medical Laboratory experience is considered an asset

Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Accuro)

Experience in an EMR environment preferred

Leadership/management experience would be an asset.

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)

Working with the Regional Manager, maintain a working relationship with all program managers, CAO, town managers, and police of jurisdiction.

Working with the Regional Manager to ensure field operations and schedules meet our contracts’ needs.

Manage internal and external commitments.

Working with the Regional Manager to implement legislative changes to daily operations.

Incumbent will need to have experience in acquiring and manage ISP’s to drive EMI

Relationship management with internal stakeholders

Build, manage ISP channel and scale business & Market Visits as per the Beat Plan.

Strong understanding of Client and requirements and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager

Item Management in Flow (season codes, in-store-dates, drop day, clustering changes, in DC, etc.)

BA, BSc, BBA, BComm (or equivalent), specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management an asset

Ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry and highly organized with a keen eye for detail

Retail experience preferred and Merchandising experience is an asset

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
