Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in Management preferred
Coordinate with Plant Management in resolving plant issues in a timely manner.
Ensures tracking, daily management and use of key performance indicators (KPI’s) to promote improved operational and business results.
Certification and/or experience with Six Sigma Process and Lean Manufacturing considered an asset
Support Plant Manager in organizing and managing day-to-day activities for plant operations.
Leads daily meeting with supervisors/managers in assigning and prioritizing daily activities for the plant.
