Previous experience working in remote camp setting

Solid verbal and written communication skills in English

Assist buffet breakfast with “daily special” and eggs to order

Assist baked goods and desserts from scratch (cookies, square pies etc.)

Assist baking a variety of bread and buns from scratch

Support Night Baker with input on Breakfast Specials, assisting with menu

Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:

Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.

Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes

Excellent management and supervisory skills.

Minimum three (3) years experience in a supervisory or other management positions required.

Implement & enforce policies and procedures; develop processes for security equipment/tools utilization and handling; and inventory management.
