Assistant Mill Managers Jobs in Ontario

Have previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager of a high volume café, coffee shop or bar business

Have a good understanding of labour and stock management

Be friendly, engaging and with great customer service skills

Sets an example for Team Members by working hard to implement shift plan and drive operational results, while up-coaching.

Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines

Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)

Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections

Motivates Team Members during shift on each of the workstations through strength based coaching.
