Report to Rooms Division Manager and General Manager.
· Min. 1-2 year hotel housekeeping supervisor/leadership experience in limited/full service hotel setting is a must.
· Lightspeed PMS experience an asset.
Monitor, coordinate and execute the special needs and requests of VIP, repeat guests, groups and elite members with Marriott Bonvoy.
Respond to guest complaints and special requests, and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
