Engage with internal and external stakeholders to triage requests and provide direction and advice on inquiries.

Document, analyze, and manage business requirements

Attend necessary meetings to review schedule, status, issues, risk, and change management

Undertake management detailing tasks and review the timelines associated with the execution of those tasks

Facilitate requirements gathering and validation workshops

Analyze and define business requirements for determining roles relationships and data structures to meet business security privacy and operational requirements

Review and provide input on test strategies plans and test cases to ensure they adequately cover the defined business requirements

3+ years of experience providing support and/or maintaining ERP, Oracle, or SAP.

Experience with SQL or Oracle databases.

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Strong customer service orientation, written and oral communication skills.

Highly self motivated and directed; keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management, processes, and tools

Experience with administering Municipal Asset management applications such as CityWorks and SeeClickFix is considered an asset

Experience administering Public Safety applications used for Fire Records Management or Computer Aided Dispatch is considered an asset

Support users with incident management, identify and resolve systems issues, and act as the first point of contact with vendors

Ensure that new software that is integrated into existing systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications

Assess upgrade alignment with business requirements, and integrate with application road maps

Skills, Experience and Education Required:

Post-secondary education in Science and/or related work experience preferably in the GMP manufacturing environment

Establishes component quality standards according to component specification, drawings and client requirements

Works with Packaging Development team to streamline incoming inspection of new components and their particular requirements

Updates inspection and testing requirements based on CLI Inspection Manual and Client’s Specifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality inspection; preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical quality control / assurance or a related industry

Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills

Issue resolution tracking and reporting for management

Experience working with a diverse and/or remote team

Automotive Finance analytical skills is an asset

Previous work experience in the Automotive Finance sector an asset
