Position: IBMi Application Development Manager

· Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Manager to provide opportunities for cross-system training.

· Software development experience with good engineering practices (test-driven development, continuous integration & deployment)

· Experience dealing with vendor resources and integrating them into the technology landscape.

Document, analyze, and manage business requirements

Attend necessary meetings to review schedule, status, issues, risk, and change management

Undertake management detailing tasks and review the timelines associated with the execution of those tasks

Facilitate requirements gathering and validation workshops

Analyze and define business requirements for determining roles relationships and data structures to meet business security privacy and operational requirements

Review and provide input on test strategies plans and test cases to ensure they adequately cover the defined business requirements
