1. Manage daily operations of accounting, including data records, accounts reconciliations, data consolidations etc.

6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting role

• Attention to detail, problem-solving and investigative skills, coupled with a creative, analytical orientation

Allocate new products to stores on time, ensuring a premium consumer experience with complete size runs and depth available.

Create tools and ad-hoc reports to manage allocation processes effectively and efficiently.

2-3 years allocations experience at either a vertical or multi-brand retailer.

Very strong communication skills: oral, visual, written.

Intermediate computer skills including MS Office applications - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

Basic to intermediate knowledge of inventory planning is an asset.

Experience in mortgage servicing and portfolio analysis a benefit but not required

Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis for management and clients directly

Assist in management of day-to-day tracking systems from underwriting tools to mortgage facilitation

Overhaul of older data integration and report generation into newer mortgage management systems

Strong Microsoft Excel and google suite skills

Self-starter who has a drive for knowledge

Organizational skills to manage several ongoing and competing tasks simultaneously

Preferred experience in construction finance, development industry, private equity, cost consulting, or accounting with a real estate focus

Undergraduate Degree with focus in a Finance related discipline

Knowledge of applicable real estate lending regulations

Experience undertaking analysis related to salmon conservation and management.

Advanced skills in using the R programming language to manipulate and visualize data, fit statistical models, and/or run simulation models.

GIS skills and spatial modelling an asset, but not required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences (lay, technical, etc.).

Exceptional organizational skills and a strong interest in contributing to open, transparent, and reproducible research in a collaborative team environment.

Experience contributing to the drafting of reports and peer-reviewed publications.

Knowledge of best practices and principles of teaching and course evaluation, and outcomes assessment, particularly within a higher education setting.

Excellent knowledge of research methodology, analytical reasoning, problem solving, data analysis, and report writing skills.

Excellent knowledge of qualitative data analysis software (i.e. NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAZQDA, Quirkos).

Excellent knowledge of qualitative methodologies, such as content analysis, transcription analysis, discourse analysis, coding, text interpretation, recursive abstraction, grounded theory methodology.

Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
