Sr Analyst Construction Project Management Jobs in British Columbia

Communicate with productivity project owners regarding project timelines- expected savings- management level review expectations- and actualized savings numbers.

Work on-site to help drive change management and support operations as needed for special projects.

Short and Medium term planning and time management

Work with productivity project owners and finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all productivity projects.

Become the subject matter expert in Project Now – KHC’s productivity project system to support project managers.

Work weekly with finance to present aligned financial results of productivity projects.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program or project management in a SAAS company or software development environment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) are desirable but not mandatory

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities

Ensure adherence to project management best practices

Experience working with agile development methodologies

Ideal candidates will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

· Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge areas, and tools.

· Developing full-scale project management plan, implementation plan, and associated communications documents.

· Ensuring proper financial management of the project.

· Ensuring proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy.

· Defining the process for reviewing, sign-off, and testing of business requirements.

• Experience implementing and/or upgrading inventory management systems in complex environments

• Inventory management solution integration with Oracle Symphony or another similar product.

• Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies

• Gather, confirm and prioritize business and technical requirements

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering large projects from initiation through to implementation

• Demonstrated experience managing project teams, running workshops and presenting to Executives, Business Owners and Stakeholders

Experience in the use of project management, collaboration management, communication, and dashboard/reporting tools

Formal Project Management training and/or PMP certification

Drive, coordinate, and support the goals of projects using project management best practices and tools.

Direct experience in a similar Program/Project Manager role in a biopharma company, supporting R&D programs and their cross-functional teams.

Strives for continuous improvement; assesses one’s strengths and areas for development, and pursues opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Minimum 6 years of equivalent experience
