Prepare monthly period end reports for senior management which monitor service levels, category performance and portfolio sales and margin metrics.
Manage any issues, that may arise from both a Site & customer perspective utilizing Escalation Policy SOP.
Hire and Develop (CMP/ Mentor) National Account Directors, Managers and Analysts to deliver outstanding service to our customers and Sites.
Fully utilize internal CRM tools (including 360) to manage contacts and track opportunities and results
